Purpose of the Refund Section
The Refund section provides a streamlined process for students to request a refund for a session. This feature ensures transparency and ease of use for students who may need to cancel or request a refund due to unforeseen circumstances or dissatisfaction with the session.How to Initiate a Refund
Students can initiate the refund process by clicking on the Refund button located next to the session details. Once clicked, the system will guide the student through the necessary steps to complete the refund request. This process typically includes:- Selecting the session for which the refund is requested.
- Providing a reason for the refund.
- Confirming the refund request.
Refund Processing
Once the refund request is submitted, it will be reviewed as per the platform’s refund policy. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed and returned to the original payment method within the standard processing time.
